The PROTx Team is committed to continued improvement in every aspect of our business.
We use the EOS Management system to ensure we are efficient in our processes and focused on our goals. You may recognize our EOS Implementer, Joe Dipenta, from his days with the Stanley Cup Champion Anaheim Mighty Ducks. Joe is leading our PROTx Team as we learn all the EOS tools. We recently met offsite (and lake side!) for two days of training. Amazing to see the pieces of the Vision/Traction-Organizer come together to create a plan for the next three years!
